I am having a hard time reading the budget posted. I cannot open it or find the budgets from the previous years.
Also, are the guidelines for board elections posted on this blog?
Where will this metting be held? Also, is there a way to fix the posting dates on this blog as they seem to always be way off? The date for this post says it was posted May 2, 2009. This seems to be the most recent post, but how can I tell if it is, if the date is so far off.
I will be working to get an updated Profit & Loss Statement and will try a new method for posting it in an attempt to make it more readable. As for the Annual Meeting, my apologies for not having the spot posted here but at the time I worked on updating the site I was not sure of the location and assumed the information would be available by other means.
More info:
1)The guidelines for electing the board of directors are in the bylaws of the association. I'll work on getting a copy of that on this site.
2)As for the blog date that is when the post was created not when the comment was posted. I've not created new posts since that time but have instead simply added to or modified the current ones. That allows for known sections of the blog to remain consistent but does create a situation where the comments really reflect activity on the site. I'll may create new posts more frequently in the future if that method proves a better means to document and share information.
